Gallery Priveekollektie presents De Intuïtiefabriek for their presentation during PAN Amsterdam 2012.

PAN Amsterdam is een mekka voor kunstliefhebbers met een eigen stijl. Een eigentijdse kunstbeurs die staat voor verrassing, variëteit en kwaliteit. Wat PAN Amsterdam bijzonder maakt? Het is een reis door de tijd van alle mogelijke kunst- en designuitingen. Of het nu gaat om een beeld uit de klassieke oudheid of designobjecten van Studio Job, hedendaagse kunst en fotografie of oude meesters. Op één dag en onder één dak zie je het heden en verleden van vele kunstdisciplines broederlijk verenigd. Bezoek PAN Amsterdam om kunst te bewonderen, erover te discussiëren en te leren, of mooier nog, je eigen kunstwerk te kopen. Want dat kan natuurlijk ook.

Elk kunstwerk wordt vooraf uitgebreid gekeurd op kwaliteit, echtheid en conditie door ruim tachtig experts. Het genieten van kunst, kwaliteit en kopen met vertrouwen, dat is waar het bij PAN Amsterdam om gaat. Daarom weten inmiddels ruim 50.000 kunstliefhebbers, professionele en particuliere verzamelaars elk jaar in november hun weg te vinden naar PAN Amsterdam. In 2012 vindt de beurs plaats van 18-25 november in de RAI – Parkhal (hal 8).

After the success of the exhibitions ‘Objects in Rearview’ in 2010 and ‘Objects Rescoped’ in 2011 we are back with the exhibition ‘Objects for Sale’ during the Dutch Design Week 2012. This year we show our vision on the value of ideas.
‘Objects for Sale’ is ready to ‘open the books’ and give insight in design and production processes of products and ideas. We question how prices are determined and how they can better be communicated to the consumer by designing work within three price categories. In the summer of 2012, Oranienbaum Palace will be hosting an exhibition of contemporary Dutch Design and fashion in combination with historical artefacts from the Dutch Royal Archives. Built for Henriette Catharina, Princess of Anhalt-Dessau, Oranienbaum is part of the heritage of the House of Orange-Nassau. With a major conservation and refurbishment process nearing completion, the palace and its park have been restored to their former grandeur.

Object Rotterdam is the official side fair of Art Rotterdam and will be held in the Las Palmas building opposite to Art Rotterdam. Object Rotterdam is the international fair for ‘autonomous design’ and the first fair in the world that focuses exclusively on the most current developments within autonomous design. The fair is a platform for the latest designs of unique or limited edition functional objects by international designers. In short: the place where the cutting edge between art and design becomes evident.

Since opening in 2006, Priveekollektie has developed a program of devoted exhibitions by national and international artists and designers working in painting, drawing, photography, sculptures, ceramic, glass and limited-edition contemporary design in every form from furniture to graphics.
The gallery currently represents a group of 15 artists and designers.

Its mission is to create a substantial new audience in the Netherlands and abroad for contemporary art and design based on the gallery’s philosophy: craftsmanship, unique concept and personal taste.
The gallery, gallery shop and the owners Irving and Miriam van Dijk are based in a group of monumental buildings in the beautiful walled town of Heusden, in the south of the Netherlands.
